Missions et responsabilités :

  • Répondre aux appels et aux demandes de nos clients français.
  • Assurer un premier niveau d'assistance sur le plan technique.
  • Organiser des rendez-vous avec nos techniciens pour résoudre les problèmes techniques de nos clients.
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec nos différents services.
  • Écouter les besoins des clients et leur offrir la meilleure solution possible.

Compétences requises :

  • Parler le français à un niveau natif, à la fois à l'oral et à l'écrit.
  • Parler l'anglais ou l'espagnol à un niveau professionnel, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.
  • Avoir de l'expérience dans un domaine lié au service à la clientèle.
  • Avoir une bonne élocution ainsi qu'une bonne écoute active.
  • Être flexible et aimer relever les défis.
  • Être à l'aise avec les outils informatiques.
