**Transforming Businesses through Data and AI**

Are you passionate about helping organizations unlock their full potential? At Microsoft, we're at the forefront of this transformation, and we're looking for talented individuals to join our team as Data and AI Solutions Strategists.

**Your Role**

As a Data and AI Solutions Strategist, you will work with our most important customers to help them leverage data and AI to achieve their business priorities. You will lead a virtual team of technical, partner, and consulting resources to advance the sales process and achieve/exceed quarterly revenue and usage/consumption targets in your assigned accounts.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Bring impactful data and AI industry insights into customer engagements and close deals with customers.
  • Explore and assess the needs of strategic/high-potential customers.
  • Articulate business value and long-term implications for customer business.
  • Develop data and AI strategies for driving and closing strategic and/or prioritized opportunities.
  • Leverage and share competitor knowledge across solution areas as a subject matter expert to inform decisions on pursuit or withdrawal.

**What We're Looking For**

We're seeking individuals with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field, and extensive technology-related sales or account management experience. Additional qualifications include fluency in Spanish and English languages, prior work experience in a Solutions Sales or Consulting position working with data solutions, and expertise in data estate workloads like Microsoft's Data & AI Platform.
