About the Role

Sin nombre is seeking a highly skilled E-Commerce Campaign Specialist to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for setting up and preparing campaigns, working closely with our campaign managers and designers to ensure seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Campaign Setup and Preparation: Develop and implement campaign strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
  2. Campaign Management: Collaborate with campaign managers to ensure timely and effective campaign execution.
  3. Visual and Material Coordination: Work with designers and other departments to ensure high-quality visual content and materials.
  4. Campaign Page Setup: Design and implement campaign pages to maximize engagement and conversion.
  5. Seller Support: Assist sellers in registering and preparing campaigns, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
  6. Homepage Channel Operations: Oversee daily operations of homepage channels, ensuring timely and effective content updates.
  7. Quality Review: Conduct quality reviews of image and video content to ensure high standards are met.
Requirements
  1. Strong Academic Record: Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field.
  2. E-Commerce Experience: At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce or online business operations.
  3. Affiliate Marketing Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience in affiliate marketing, with a focus on promoting clients' products and services through third-party media companies.
  4. PPC SEM Experience: Experience in PPC SEM with an agency background or affiliate marketing experience within e-commerce or affiliate publisher background.
  5. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively pitch and compose proposals.
  6. Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  7. Language Skills: Native level of Spanish and high level of English.
Benefits
  1. Full-Time Position: 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
  2. Salary and Bonus: 20,000€ gross/year + up to 3,000€ gross/year in bonus.
