Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a seasoned technical leader to oversee a team of partner solution architects in EMEA, driving the adoption of Enterprise workloads like SAP.

This role involves hiring, developing, and coaching top-notch cloud-based solutions architects, empowering them to excel in technical areas, communication, and strategic advisory skills.

You will collaborate with various AWS teams, prioritizing initiatives and aligning goals to maximize long-term value.

As a Partner Solution Architect Manager, you will shape and deliver a strategy to build mind share and broad use of AWS services for Enterprise Workloads like SAP within our partners in EMEA.

You will interact directly with partner executives to understand their needs and align the right resources and tools to maximize their success.

You will measure and deliver results while staying in touch with the pace of innovation of the AWS technology and its use cases.

You will need to be technically capable and credible in your own right to shape the customer and solutions-focused initiatives of your team.

You will practice your creativity in driving the link of technology to tangible solutions and educating partners about the art of the possible.

Central to this will be your leadership in driving Solutions Architects to create cutting-edge reference architectures for a variety of use cases.

Key Responsibilities:

Hire, on-board, train, and develop new Solutions Architects and Solution Architecture Managers.

Coach Solutions Architects to conduct technical sessions and transfer deep technical skills to customers.

Formulate and execute a partner-focused strategy to drive adoption of AWS for Enterprise Workloads like SAP.

Guide and prioritize the development of high-value customer-facing guidance and best practices.
