About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Copywriter to join our team at Leo Burnett. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for crafting compelling copy that drives business results and resonates with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop innovative and effective copy for various marketing channels, including social media, advertising, and content marketing.
  • Collaborate with our art directors to bring your ideas to life and create visually stunning campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in copywriting, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth.
  • Present your ideas and copy to clients and internal stakeholders, and effectively communicate the value of your work.
  • Work closely with our team to develop and implement comprehensive content strategies that meet our business objectives.
Requirements
  • 2-4+ years of experience in advertising, with a proven track record of creating effective copy.
  • Fluent in Spanish and confident in your English writing skills (B2/C1 level or higher).
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and the ability to apply this knowledge to drive business results.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
