Queremos convertirnos en un movimiento de gente que quiere vivir bien en todos los sentidos. Vivir sin tiempo lleva a muchas personas a tener que elegir entre comer comer rico y comer sano o a priorizar la rapidez, dejando en un segundo plano la calidad y sabor de lo que comen. Por eso en Wetaca cocinamos para que comas lo que te gustaría cocinar, para que comer sea un sinónimo de disfrute, bienestar y tranquilidad.
Somos una suscripción de tápers a domicilio - cocinamos con ingredientes naturales (sin aditivos ni conservantes, cocinado todo desde cero) la comida real, variada y rica para que cuando nuestros clientes no puedan (o no sepan, o no quieran) cocinar, reciban los tápers adaptados a ellos. Nuestro objetivo es que confíen en nosotros y nos deleguen el preparar su comida, que sepan que We Take Care, que nosotros nos encargamos de todo.
Queremos incorporar un perfil al equipo de Creatividad, que se alinee con la misión, visión y los valores de Wetaca, para que participe en el desarrollo de nuestra narrativa, storytelling y estrategia de Marketing & Brand. Un perfil que tenga un mínimo de 5 años de experiencia como Copy Creativo en marcas de gran consumo. Alguien que desde los copys sintéticos en detalle del día a día cómo de conceptualizar y desarrollar ideas con impacto, pensar en grande y a largo plazo.
¿Qué harás?
Formarás parte del equipo de Creatividad, dentro del departamento de Marketing y tendrás las siguientes responsabilidades:
Desarrollar planes estratégicos para campañas y acciones, incluyendo la definición de objetivos, mensajes y conceptos creativos.Desarrollar nuevas ideas creativas, potentes y relevantes, con impacto en negocio.Ejecutar las ideas con la máxima calidad y claridad en todos los formatos y canales, colaborando estrechamente con Dirección de arte y responsable de Foto/vídeo + los equipos de medios pagos, redes sociales, etc.Determinar la mejor manera de representar un concepto en palabras.Conceptualizar y escribir para todo tipo de soportes o medios (desarrollo del storytelling y la narrativa de la marca): desde una campaña en twitter, un folleto, medios exteriores, prints, guiones, web, packaging y lo que surja.Conseguir que el tono y la personalidad de la marca se vean reflejados perfectamente en todos los touchpoints.Realizar investigaciones de mercado exhaustivas y estar muy al día de redes para identificar tendencias, comportamientos de los consumidores y estrategias de la competencia y para identificar oportunidades y desarrollar contenidos y acciones en torno a ello de forma continua.¿Quién eres?Una persona creativa, con iniciativa, proactiva, resolutiva, con capacidad de adaptación y, sobre todo, con un fuerte enfoque estratégico y que piense que una idea creativa sólo es una buena idea si construye marca y si tiene impacto en negocio.

Eres licenciado o graduado licenciado/a en publicidad o comunicación.Copywriter con al menos 5 años de experiencia.Tienes un portfolio propio de campañas y acciones con impacto.
