The role will involve:

  • Developing and proposing analysis approaches for IT systems.
  • Planning and executing analysis activities.
  • Establishing technology's contribution to business objectives and drawing up strategies.
  • Providing guidance to Junior Requirements Analysts and ensuring requirements package cohesion and coherence.
  • Performing requirements elicitation, organisational, tracing, prioritising, specifying, and modelling requirements.
  • Drafting IT software requirements, building up requirements packages, and verifying their validation with stakeholders.
  • Maintaining up-to-date requirements and system documentation.
  • Assessing Requests for Change and recommending actions to increase solution value.
  • Participating in internal workshops to analyse and propose process improvements.
  • Designing presentations, project documentation, and reports in English.
  • Conducting User Acceptance Tests and developing Business Test Scenarios.
  • Communicating change impacts to stakeholders and supporting other teams in charge of architecture, development, quality assurance, and control.
  • Contributing to defining quality standards in functional documentation.
