We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Blu Selection, a leading player in the renewable energy sector. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth and implementing new projects that align with our company's mission.

Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Identifying and sourcing new project opportunities in the renewable energy sector.
  2. Developing and implementing project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  3. Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and suppliers.
  4. Ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  5. Managing and leading cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
  6. Developing and implementing strategies to improve project efficiency and effectiveness.
  7. Collaborating with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop proposals.
  8. Providing technical expertise and guidance to project teams.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. A degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, environmental science, or business.
  2. At least 2 years of experience in project management, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
  3. Strong technical knowledge and expertise in project management methodologies and tools.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
