Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, including sales, customer service, and staff management. Leadership and Management

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales staff, ensuring that they are equipped to provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets. You will be responsible for recruiting, training, and developing your team, as well as conducting regular performance reviews and providing feedback.

Customer Service and Sales

You will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner. You will also be responsible for achieving sales targets, working closely with the sales team to identify opportunities and develop strategies to drive sales growth.

Staff Training and Development

You will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs to ensure that our staff have the skills and knowledge they need to succeed. This will include training on sales techniques, customer service, and product knowledge, as well as providing ongoing coaching and feedback to help staff improve their performance.

Store Operations and Merchandising

You will be responsible for ensuring that our store is well-organized and visually appealing, with a clear and concise layout that makes it easy for customers to find what they need. You will also be responsible for managing our inventory, ensuring that we have the right products in stock at the right time.

Financial Performance and Reporting

You will be responsible for managing our store's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. You will work closely with our finance team to ensure that we are meeting our financial targets and identifying opportunities to improve our financial performance.

Requirements
