About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tax Manager to join our team at Promote Project. As a Tax Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the company's tax compliance and strategy are aligned with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide tax advisory services to the business, including tax planning, compliance, and risk management.
- Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure tax considerations are integrated into business decisions.
- Manage and coordinate tax audits, investigations, and other tax-related matters.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and provide guidance to the business on their impact.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of experience in international tax, preferably in a global tax advisory firm, the tax department of an industrial company, or a comparable position.
- University degree in economics or tax, or commercial education or apprenticeship with qualified training.
- Good general knowledge of European tax regimes, analytical mindset, and understanding of international tax principles and mechanisms.
- Strong coordination skills, experience in managing outsourced tax services or multinational engagements is a plus.
- Fluency in English, as well as high level of teamwork and communication skills.
