About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sustainability Compliance Specialist to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our Seller Engagement team, you will play a critical role in supporting Amazon Selling Partners in meeting their sustainable compliance needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to Amazon Selling Partners, addressing their queries and concerns related to sustainability compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of seller issues.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of EU legislations and regulations related to sustainability compliance.
  • Identify and escalate potential compliance risks to ensure timely resolution.
  • Contribute to process improvements and suggest innovative solutions to enhance seller experience.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in English and German (C1 level).
  • Previous experience in customer service or contact center environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
