Job Title: Chief Executive Officer - Automotive Industry Leader

Company: Clevelcrossing, a leading automotive parts manufacturer with global operations.

Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Chief Executive Officer to lead our business in the automotive sector. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in the industry, with a proven track record of success in operations and management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all aspects of the business, ensuring stability and growth in daily operations.
  • Develop and implement economic plans to optimize production processes and facilities.
  • Ensure efficient and timely production according to customer schedules.
  • Drive continuous improvement of technical facilities and products, focusing on quality and cost optimization.
  • Lead and control all technical areas of the company, using key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
  • Develop and lead employees to achieve business objectives.
  • Support the sales team in acquiring new projects and driving business growth.
  • Document and control the budget, including cost, investment, and capacity planning.

Qualifications:

  • Senior-level experience in the automotive industry, preferably as a Chief Executive Officer or in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Salary: The salary for this role will be in the range of Euros 150K - Euros 200K package.
