Job Title: Chief Executive Officer - CEO - Plant Manager - Bilbao Spain

Job Summary:

Clevelcrossing is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Chief Executive Officer - CEO - Plant Manager to lead our manufacturing operations in Bilbao, Spain. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring the success of our plant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Lead and manage a team of production managers and supervisors to ensure smooth plant operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior leadership role in manufacturing or a related industry
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
