About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Manager to join our team at Airbus. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for achieving project objectives, defining and implementing project teams, and ensuring effective integration of lessons learned.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve project objectives (time, scope, cost, quality) to customer satisfaction in compliance with internal and external rules and regulations.
  • Define, implement, and drive a project team/organization all along the project phases, including people coming from other functions (matrix organizations).
  • Ensure effective integration of lessons learnt.
  • Ensure active risk and opportunity and contract (internal or external) management.
  • Ensure effective management of partners and suppliers.
Requirements
  • Master Degree in Architecture or Engineering
  • Advanced level of English (C1 level)
  • Fluent level of Spanish
  • Proactive person, organized & structured
  • Interest in developing project management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, learning orientation, and proactive attitude
