We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Project Manager to join our team at Amadeus. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and managing digital transformation projects, working closely with various departments and stakeholders to identify needs and align project objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage digital transformation projects, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and fostering communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure that the value proposition and/or business case is defined and achieved with the deliverables.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, adjusting to suit their needs, and facilitate informed decision-making by clearly presenting well-researched options.
- Handle multiple projects and/or streams concurrently and autonomously, consulting line manager only when faced with complex scenarios.
- Exhibit strong collaboration skills and empathetic understanding, with a proven ability to work in a multi-cultural and multi-national environment.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 3-5 years of experience in managing IT projects, with a proven track record of success in digital transformation projects.
- Project Management certification, such as PMP, is preferred.
- Strong understanding of customer operations within the travel distribution industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, with experience working in a global environment.
