The RoleWe're seeking a highly skilled Digital Trade Manager for Product to join our E-commerce Trade team. As a key player in our online business, you'll be responsible for presenting a product range that exceeds customer expectations. Your expertise in e-commerce merchandising and commercial acumen will drive our go-to-market strategy, ensuring seamless integration with our buying process and customer communications.
Key Responsibilities- Assortment & Trading
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Buying and Planning, to optimize our online assortment.
- Provide data-driven analysis to inform buying decisions and ensure commercial aspirations are met.
- Work with stakeholders to create promotional assortments that drive sales and revenue.
- Analyze promotional performance and suggest improvements to enhance commercial performance.
- Develop a visual merchandising strategy that aligns with brand campaigns, trade activations, and assortment variations.
- Optimize product ranking and analysis to ensure commercial delivery.
- Align with optimization teams on product recommendations, including 'complete the look' and 'you may also like'.
- Work with regional owners to ensure visual merchandising, search, and recommendations reflect local customer needs.
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies, including AI and Personalization, to enhance customer experience and drive revenue.
