Global Alumni is a leading EdTech company that offers online and blended postgraduate programs in partnership with top universities worldwide. We are seeking an experienced Academic Program Manager to join our team in Madrid.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the management of our virtual campus, including planning and monitoring online sessions and resolving technical issues.
  • Collaborate with academic teams to develop and implement e-learning projects, ensuring high-quality standards and timely delivery.
  • Provide administrative support for academic programs, including report generation, participant management, and coordination with internal teams.
  • Work closely with professors and mentors to ensure the success of our programs, including content review and feedback.
  • Manage administrative tasks, such as grade control and certificate issuance, while providing excellent customer service to our participants.

Requirements:
  • Fluent Spanish language skills (medium level or higher).
