About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Infrastructure Program Manager to join our team at Amazon. As a Technical Infrastructure Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to drive the implementation and deployment of data center expansion projects to meet the demands of our rapidly growing business.

You will work closely with various stakeholder teams, including Real Estate, Energy, Design Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management, and Operations, to ensure the successful delivery of data center projects. Your key responsibilities will include breaking down large, complex projects into manageable pieces, clearly communicating goals and roles to internal and external teams, and managing the interface between internal and external stakeholders to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive the implementation and deployment of data center expansion projects
  • Work closely with stakeholder teams to ensure successful delivery of data center projects
  • Break down large, complex projects into manageable pieces
  • Clearly communicate goals and roles to internal and external teams
  • Manage interface between internal and external stakeholders to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery

Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in capital projects, physical infrastructure, or mission-critical environments as a Program Manager
  • Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale budgets (e.g., building infrastructure projects)
  • Industry experience across either data center, networking engineering, or construction management in mission-critical environments
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience of delivering projects with multiple stakeholders across multiple countries
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction/Science/Engineering
