Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Support Specialist to join our team at ValueNet Group. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees and customers, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and maintaining the integrity of our IT systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to employees and customers via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with hardware, software, and network systems
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of IT systems
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in IT support or related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of Microsoft products and technologies
