You will collaborate closely with our dedicated team in Spain, as well as our post-production units throughout Europe and Asia (including Paris, Brussels, and Manila), to ensure the highest quality productions for our clients. We are a growing team seeking individuals who are eager to contribute to the long-term development of our adaptation and localization services.
In your capacity as a Project Coordinator, you will manage the coordination, trafficking, and distribution of media campaign assets (such as television commercials, social media content, and digital initiatives) across the team. You will be responsible for ensuring that all tasks are completed punctually and adhere to our quality benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities - Understand client requirements and develop comprehensive briefs, budget plans, and creative proposals.
- Initiate projects with post-production teams, effectively managing all aspects (budget, timelines, quality), while maintaining ongoing communication with clients to ensure their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct reporting and administrative tasks: throughout the project, you will track key performance indicators and manage administrative documentation (revenue, budget, invoicing, etc.).
- Knowledge management: As we work with long-term clients, you will ensure that projects align with branding guidelines and meet client expectations. You will also contribute to building our knowledge base as needed.
You will handle projects that include local adaptations of television commercials and digital campaigns, internal communication initiatives, or comprehensive 360° campaigns, all of which involve post-production elements (such as motion design and editing), with some requiring production shoots.
Are you adept at managing multiple creative projects while onboarding new productions? Do you find satisfaction in delivering beautiful campaigns and videos that delight clients? Are you comfortable navigating evolving processes and workflows?

- A strong passion for corporate communication, digital marketing, and video production.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communication, Management, or Business.
- Familiarity with both online and offline media, including project management tools (such as Jira).
- Excellent communication skills, both externally with clients (demonstrating professionalism and a strong service orientation) and internally (collaborating effectively with creative teams).
- Proficiency in English and French, with a good understanding of Spanish being advantageous.
- An entrepreneurial mindset, demonstrating proactivity and independence.
- A balanced skill set that includes analytical, practical problem-solving, and creative abilities.
- A keen attention to detail and a strong organizational aptitude.
