Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert tax analysis and advice to clients, both Spanish citizens and foreigners.
  • Manage and attend to tax authorities' requirements, ensuring compliance with IRNR, IRPF, Wealth Tax, Gift Tax returns, and other personal taxes.
  • Conduct tax optimization and simulation studies to help clients minimize their tax liabilities.
  • Offer general advice on corporate tax, direct and indirect tax, and assist with tax planning and corporate restructuring operations.

Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in tax services, with a strong background in Spanish tax law.
  • Degree in law, with a Master's in Tax-related subject a plus.
  • Fluent in English (C1/C2), with other languages a plus.
  • Digital Nomads/Start-up taxation experience a plus.
  • A collaborative, flexible, and positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and help steer the team.
