Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Support Specialist to join our team in Spain. The successful candidate will provide critical support to our sales and marketing teams by analyzing data, creating reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Weekly Reports: Create and update weekly reports for the sales and marketing teams to inform their strategies and optimize performance.
- Data Analysis: Analyze sales data, customer order data, and internal billing data to identify trends and patterns.
- Report Creation: Develop detailed reports and analysis to support sales team decision-making.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to understand their needs and provide timely and accurate information.
- Data Integrity: Maintain the accuracy and integrity of customer data.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports to the sales teams, ensuring data quality and timeliness.
- Order Book Management: Monitor the order book to ensure timely delivery and coordination with the Customer Service team.
- Commission Calculation: Calculate agents' commissions.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years' experience in a similar role, with a strong background in report creation and data analysis.
- Skills: Solid knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Excel; experience working with confidential information; and expertise in Microsoft Office – Excel.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
