Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Hardware Design Engineer to join our Avionics department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-performance avionics hardware for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and Development: Design and develop avionics hardware from conceptual design to commissioning, ensuring compliance with aeronautical certification standards.
  2. Requirements Capture: Capture and analyze hardware requirements to ensure accurate design and development.
  3. Schematic and Layout Design: Design and develop schematics and PCBs for avionics hardware.
  4. Validation and Verification: Validate and verify the functionality of avionics hardware and software integration.
  5. Manufacturing Support: Provide technical assistance and support for the manufacturing of avionics equipment.
  6. Documentation: Generate and publish engineering documentation, including schematics, bills of materials, production files, 3D models, drawings, and design documents.
  7. Power Electronics Expertise: Design and develop power electronics circuits, including DC-DC converters, battery management circuits, EMI filtering, and protection circuits.
  8. Digital Electronics Expertise: Design and develop digital electronics circuits, including communication interfaces, memories, clocks, logic circuits, microcontrollers, and microprocessors.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in electronic engineering, telecommunications engineering, or a related field.
  2. Experience: Experience in environmental and EMC testing, high reliability designs, redundancy, high-speed PCB design, power electronics, and avionics hardware design.
  3. Skills: Understanding of electronic circuits, physical principles governing avionics hardware design, and experience with design tools and software.
