Project Assurance Manager

At Ith Icoserve, we are seeking a highly skilled Project Assurance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading system assurance and validation activities for assigned main line projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating assurance activities to ensure technical solutions and processes meet applicable regulations.
- Leading system concept analysis, assurance, and V&V plan preparation.
- Collaborating in the preparation of integration strategies for successful project deployment.
- Ensuring a successful deployment of Siemens Mobility Solutions by incorporating lessons learned from existing projects and innovation in system verification and validation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably in electrical/electronic engineering with railways-specific specialization.
- Experience in Rail Signaling business with good knowledge of MT signaling solutions (ETCS L1, ETCS L2, Core Signaling principles).
- Experience as RAMS engineer with deep knowledge of CENELEC standards for RAMS (EN50126, EN50129, EN50128, EN50159) and EU directives (UE 402/2013).
- Hands-on experience in Hazards Management and identification, SIL and THR ratings.
