Project Assurance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Assurance Manager to join our team at Ith Icoserve. As a key member of our project execution process, you will be responsible for ensuring that our technical solutions and processes are fit for the applicable regulations.
Main Responsibilities:- Coordinating assurance activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Leading system assurance and validation activities for assigned Main Line projects
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to prepare integration strategies and validate solutions
- Supporting the bid phase of projects worldwide and working closely with regional units
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably in electrical/electronic engineering with railways-specific specialization
- Experience in Rail Signaling business, with good knowledge of MT signaling solutions (ETCS L1, ETCS L2, Core Signaling principles...)
- Experience as RAMS engineer and deep knowledge of CENELEC standards for RAMS (EN50126, EN50129, EN50128, EN50159)
- Knowledge of EU directives like UE 402/2013 and hands-on experience in Hazards Management and identification, SIL and THR ratings
- Hands-on experience in performing RAMS studies like FMEA, FMECA, FTAs, and management and identification of applications conditions and its impact in the safety and operation of systems
- Experience in Requirements Management, traceability, and validation, as well as strong self-motivated person with a natural focus on customer needs without sacrificing project KPIs
- Perfect communication and negotiation skills, excellent team player, and fluency in English and Spanish
