Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled HR Coordinator to join our team in the Vielha office. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing labor relations, implementing training plans, and providing administrative support to our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage labor relations in collaboration with an external agency, handling all documentation related to hiring, terminations, payroll, and other administrative tasks in the labor area.
- Implement and manage the annual training plan, including course contracting, management of subsidies through FUNDAE, and search for providers.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented training initiatives.
- Recruit and select new team members.
- Manage time and vacation tracking.
- Implement onboarding processes for new hires.
- Act as a liaison with the external occupational risk prevention company, ensuring the correct application of prevention policies.
- Act as a liaison with the external consultancy for personnel administration matters.
- Monitor and manage the correct use of personnel allocations.
- Participate in cross-functional HR projects and events.
Requirements
- Minimum Education: Vocational training. A degree in Labor Relations, Psychology, or a Master's in HR is highly valued.
- Good communication skills.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Intermediate to advanced office automation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage virtual environments.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Discretion and ability to work with confidential data.
