About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analytics Manager to join our team at papernest. As a key member of our data department, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and decision-making through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Operations Analytics: Provide data and analysis to improve the efficiency and profitability of our partnerships team, serving a team of 200 people.
  2. Business Strategy: Lead strategic analysis, informing top management and contributing to the long-term orientation of the team responsible for half of the company revenue.
  3. Analytics Engineering: Ensure data reliability and consistency, responsible for the transformation, aggregation, and exposure of data through tables, dashboards, and sheets.
  4. Management: Lead a team of 7, including 2 senior members, 2 juniors, and 3 interns, structuring, organizing, and recruiting new members of the team.
Project Examples
  1. Define the data roadmap.
  2. Build a business plan for a several million euro budget.
  3. Volume forecasting, based on our staffing and past efficiency.
  4. Scoring models of partners, customers, and workforce.
  5. GenAI speech and sales analytics.
  6. P&L tracking - identification of successes and points of improvement - suggestions of action items.
  7. Calcul de modèle de churn.
  8. Suivi des P&L - analyses stratégiques afin de réorienter les initiatives business.
  9. Responsable de l'intégrité et de la qualité des données partnerships.
  10. Refactoring of dashboard and of the data pipeline.

About You
  1. At least 6 years of experience in a demanding environment combining business and data.
  2. Previous Stakeholder Management Experience, in Data or Consulting related work.
  3. Previous Management Experience of a mid-size team.
  4. Ability to adapt complex data analytics to a diverse audience.
  5. Prioritization skills in an ever-changing environment.
  6. Analytical mind, with SQL knowledge.
  7. Strong data visualization skills.
  8. Fluent in English and Spanish or French.
