The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Backend Technology Executive to join our Global Retail & Digital Content Technology team. As a key member of this team, you will play a crucial role in defining and implementing innovative technologies to enhance omnichannel customer experiences and drive efficient retail operations.

Key Responsibilities

As a Retail Backend Technology Executive, you will be responsible for:

  • Contributing to the definition of functional requirements, ensuring technical feasibility and tool adoption.
  • Providing new functionalities and optimizing existing features.
  • Creating training and technical documentation for future continuity.
  • Testing new improvements and ensuring accurate data for system integrations.
  • Collaborating with solutions partners and internal stakeholders in an agile and collaborative manner.
  • Participating in retail projects meetings with third-party vendors.
  • Supporting day-to-day critical issues reported by users.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Technical knowledge of SAP systems.
  • Experience working with web apps, databases, and programming languages like PHP with frameworks.
  • Understanding of cloud infrastructure.
  • Strong teamwork spirit and ability to build relationships.
  • Proactive attitude.
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, presentation, and writing skills.

Education and Language

We require a Computer Engineering/Telecommunications University degree or equivalent experience. A Master's degree from a leading engineering or business school is a plus. You will also need to be proficient in Spanish and English.
