Beauty Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Beauty Advisor to join our Travel Retail team at Madrid airport. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering sales targets, ensuring outstanding customer service, and executing in-store excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver sales targets through excellent customer service and in-store execution.
- Ensure up-to-date training on company-provided training apps and tools.
- Adhere to company uniform and grooming guidelines.
- Find and suggest alternative and add-on sales to trade up.
- Deliver strong service levels with retailers, agencies, and coworkers.
- Maintain housekeeping routines and company standards of all visual display.
- Develop relationships with store staff and management and liaise regularly with the Coty Geneva team.
- Accurately complete company paperwork within set guidelines and time limits.
- Submit sales figures to the retail specialist with trading comments on time.
- Language skills: Spanish and English. Extra language a plus, especially German.
- 1 year sales experience in beauty or other luxury sales-related environments (desirable).
- Flexibility and the ability to go the extra mile.
- FULL TIME AVAILABILITY and NO RESTRICTIONS ON THE SCHEDULE (weekends, morning shifts, afternoon shifts, etc).
- Strong passion, ambition, and drive.
