About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Branch Operation Supervisor in Madrid. As a key member of our depot team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our campervan fleet, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of accountability.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming reservations, welcoming guests, and taking care of check-ins and check-outs
- Manage the fleet, logistics, and maintenance of our campervans, ensuring they are always in top condition
- Assist in training, supervising, and coaching your team to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent customer service
- Book activities, control stock, manage local suppliers, and cleaning services to ensure seamless operations
- Handle complaints, emergencies, and any local issues that may arise, ensuring operations run smoothly
- Prepare and clean our campervans for rental
- Assist in reselling campervans, preparing, and showing them to prospective buyers
Requirements
- Travel enthusiast with experience in Tourism, Hospitality, Retail, or Rent-a-car
- Fluent in English (mandatory) and local language (if applicable)
- Eligible to work in Spain, valid driver's license, and confident enough to drive a campervan
- Available to work weekends and national holidays
- Responsible person who takes their work seriously and can be relied upon
- Well-organized and good at solving problems
