Job Summary

As a Nightclub Supervisor at Marriott International, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our nightclub venues. This includes leading a team of staff to provide exceptional service to our guests, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and adhering to company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of staff to provide excellent service to guests
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, including inspecting storage areas and completing scheduled inventories
  • Assist management in hiring, training, and evaluating employees
  • Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors
Requirements
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • At least 2 years of related work experience
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience
