Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud-based infrastructure and systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of our cloud-based product suite and services.
  • Manage day-to-day priorities and focus between new development and support of existing activities.
  • Identify and mitigate risks and issues that impact the delivery plan.
  • Manage incident and issue resolution.
  • Ensure adherence to global and country teams to standard working procedures.
  • Drive quality and ensure it is at the forefront of everything.
  • Manage stakeholder contributions in a structured and objective way to ensure consistent delivery.
  • Work with the team to ensure all tasks are adhered to in our DevOps ways of working.

  • Hands-on approach with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Self-starter with a proven record of working independently and collaboratively in a demanding interdisciplinary team environment.
  • Track record of success in dealing effectively with complex projects entailing frequent interaction with senior executives.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor or master's degree with a business or technical emphasis, or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of experience in setting up and configuring CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps and cloud infrastructure.
  • 2+ years of experience working in Agile, lean, and/or DevOps-driven environments.
  • Working knowledge and experience of release management and infrastructure.
  • Experience in troubleshooting web applications/services at the server level.
  • Basic scripting skills, such as Shell and Python.
  • Experience as an Azure DevOps administrator (at least intermediate level).
  • OS administration experience, including Windows and Linux (at least intermediate level).
  • Experience with New Relic monitoring for performance analysis and tuning (at least intermediate level).
  • Experience and working knowledge of cloud landscapes (ideally Azure at an intermediate level).
