Project Manager - Power Systems

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our power systems projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for the coordination of assigned projects and will act as the primary point of contact for clients, suppliers, and internal staff.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Develop and manage project plans, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  2. Collaborate with sales, service, and finance teams to ensure project requirements are met.
  3. Manage project budgets, purchasing, and outsourcing of project-related products and services.
  4. Organize project meetings, monitor progress, and report results.
  5. Identify and mitigate project risks, and implement opportunities for improvement.
  6. Manage project documentation, approvals, and Factory Acceptance Tests.
  7. Ensure accurate and timely invoicing, and manage deviations from the contract.
  8. Provide input in the quotation phase, including lead times, technical feasibility, and cost prices.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
  2. At least 7 years of experience in international sales and project management.
  3. PMP certification is mandatory.
  4. Basic understanding of commercial/contract law.
  5. Computer literacy, ideally with SAP experience.
  6. Fluent English language skills (C1 level).
