About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Product Program Operations Director to lead our product development execution and champion the development of our TMS suite, data analytics, tendering, and other tools. As a key member of our team, you will transform our interconnected logistics vision into reality and industry-leading solutions.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and compile product development requests, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
  2. Prioritization and Planning: Evaluate and prioritize development requests based on resource availability, facilitating planning sessions and decision-making processes.
  3. Program Oversight: Oversee the progress of product development projects, ensuring milestones are met and adjustments are made as necessary.
  4. Release Management: Coordinate with Product Managers and Engineers to align on release schedules and ensure timely delivery of features.
  5. Communication: Ensure all stakeholders are informed of project statuses, potential risks, and decision points through regular updates and structured communication channels.
  6. Negotiation and Influence: Utilize strong negotiation skills and assertiveness to effectively manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts.
  7. Leadership and Management: Leverage experience, skills, and knowledge to build and optimize internal processes and tools within the Product and Solutions team.

Requirements
  1. 8+ years' experience in Program/Project management leadership roles, preferably in a technology environment.
  2. Excellent Program/Project management skills, including prioritization, capacity planning, conflict resolution, dependency management, and stakeholder management.
  3. Strong leadership skills, ability to manage cross-functional teams, and collaboration-minded.
  4. Excellent negotiation and assertive communication skills.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  6. Experience as a Release Train Manager or in a similar role within SAFe.
  7. Familiarity with Agile and technical concepts and the ability to engage with development teams on a technical level.
  8. Proficient in English.
