Global Project Manager Role

As a key member of the McCann Worldgroup Services Department, the Global Project Manager will play a pivotal role in the business, ensuring the smooth running of content delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from brief to final delivery on time and budget, with a focus on client satisfaction and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Immerse yourself in the client's brand and offering, with a deep understanding of the healthcare sector.
  • Set and manage deliverables, timeframes, and client expectations, ensuring seamless communication with agency colleagues, clients, and other IPG agencies.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring they understand agreed workflows and manage them through the process.
  • Develop and implement training programs to improve client adherence to processes and workflow.
  • Prepare and present documents and reports tailored to each client's style, preference, knowledge, and experience.
Project Management Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate between internal studios (Video, Digital, Print) and external parties (Clients and other Agencies).
  • Manage workload effectively, highlighting support needs to ensure project success.
  • Monitor project progress and status, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality materials.
  • Manage client projects from brief to delivery, ensuring final materials meet contractual obligations.
  • Update timelines and set realistic expectations with clients, maintaining open communication.
Quality Control Responsibilities:
  • Act as a brand guardian, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and QC checklists.
Requirements:
  • Fluent oral and written English, with high-level proficiency.
  • Experience managing international clients in multiple markets with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of digital media, new formats, and trends.
  • Experience in advertising agency, preferably with studio or production agency.
  • Complete understanding of production aspects (origination, adaptation, and transcreation).
