About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Project Manager to join our team at CRAFT. As a Global Project Manager, you will play a critical role in the success of our business, working closely with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Management
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations.
    • Manage client expectations, setting and delivering on project timelines and milestones.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
    • Provide regular project updates and status reports to clients.
  • Project Management
    • Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources effectively.
    • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
    • Manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring financial transparency.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Quality Control
    • Ensure all project deliverables meet the highest quality standards.
    • Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure consistency and accuracy.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and address quality control issues.
Requirements
  • Experience
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in an international setting.
    • Proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Fluent English language skills, with additional languages a plus.
