Strategic Business Partner for Data and Analytics

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Partner for Data and Analytics to join our team at the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and innovation through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Business Growth: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven strategies that drive business growth and revenue.
- Lead Data-Driven Insights: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our business operations and identify areas for improvement through data analysis.
- Partner with Stakeholders: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, data analysts, and IT teams.
- Develop and Implement Solutions: Design and implement data-driven solutions to address business challenges and opportunities.
- Measure and Evaluate Performance: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of data-driven initiatives.
Requirements
- Working Experience: 5+ years of experience in a business or data analytics role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations, including financial management, marketing, and sales.
- Data Analysis: Advanced data analysis skills, including data visualization, statistical modeling, and data mining.
- Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Leadership: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive business outcomes.
