As a License Compliance Lead, you will play a key role in driving and focusing on developing, progressing and closing cross-services, complex settlement and commercial audits on behalf of Schneider Electric.
About the Role:
- Engage and partner with key stakeholders, including Publisher Compliance, Legal, Purchasing and Finance, to ensure that Schneider Electric obtains the most favorable outcome from external audit exercises.
- Act as the primary point of contact externally and liaison with internal stakeholders, such as Purchasing, Business, Legal, Finance, etc.
- Design and implement appropriate controls and monitoring to ensure negotiated contracts align with Schneider Electric's strategic goals and drive additional value to the enterprise.
- Apply and drive the effective adoption of governance frameworks and strategic application to ensure stakeholder alignment while working to resolve complex licensing issues in attainment of compliance.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the Publisher's business, goals, strategies, and industry trends and direction prior to defining the go-forward compliance strategy.
