About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager to lead the development of our Demand services. As a key member of our Product Team, you will be responsible for crafting the strategic roadmap and steering the delivery of our Demand services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for Demand services, aligning with the company's overall vision and goals.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Data Science, UX & Design, to deliver a world-class programmatic exchange.
- Take ownership of the UI and API management, ensuring a robust pipeline of developments and enhancements.
- Monitor key performance indicators and provide strategic optimization recommendations to fuel growth, maximize usage, and boost performance.
- Foster a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences, leveraging user interviews, stakeholder feedback, and beta programs to inform product decisions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including marketing, training, support, and sales teams, to ensure seamless go-to-market strategies.
- Establish and track feature success metrics and KPIs aligned with corporate goals, ensuring accountability for the product lifecycle.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements, ensuring Cint remains at the forefront of innovation.
Requirements
- Proven track record as a Senior Product Manager in a B2B environment, with a strong understanding of software development life cycles, agile methodologies, and project management tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence outcomes and collaborate with distributed teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex technical and business challenges.
- Experience working with distributed and remote engineering teams, with a keen understanding of marketplace dynamics.
- Proficiency in creating detailed API product requirements, managing backlogs, and conveying these to development teams.
