About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Operations team as a Bank Operations Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with daily banking operations, communicating with banking partners, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with bank inquiries, investigations, and collaborate with Cash Management and Settlements teams to resolve trading, settlement, and other banking issues.
  • Communicate with banking partners to resolve trading, settlement, and other banking issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Technology, to drive automation initiatives and process improvements.
  • Maintain organized records and compile data to assist in ad-hoc reporting requests.
  • Analyze datasets and prepare information to be presented to relevant stakeholders, as well as evaluate data for reporting and fees & tariffs negotiations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • General interest and enthusiasm for Financial Markets; very good data analysis skills.
  • MS Excel proficiency is a must; experience and interest in Power BI or similar data visualization and data analytic tools is considered a plus.
  • Fluent English language skills; Spanish is considered a plus.
  • Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks and prioritized deliverables.
  • Critical thinker with strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Proactive and self-starting approach.
  • Result and quality-oriented.
