La nostra empresa, Etalentum, està buscant un/a Producte Manager per incorporar a l'equip tècnic. Aquesta és una oportunitat excel·lent per a un/a professional amb experiència en l'àmbit de la metal·lúrgia i el disseny de productes.
Responsabilitats:
- Seguir el cicle de vida de tots els projectes del departament tècnic, assegurant-se que es compleixin les qualitats i els plazos establerts.
- Liderar el disseny 3D i la fitxa tècnica del nou producte, derivant als tècnics el desenvolupament tècnic de la solució.
- Revisar els projectes executats pels tècnics abans de presentar el projecte o producte al Director Tècnic.
- Analitzar la competència, conèixer els avantatges competitius i extreure'n els punts forts i dèbils del producte.
- Assistir a fires nacionals i internacionals del sector per veure les tendències i proposar solucions innovadores.
Requisits:
- Experiència mínima de 4 anys en Oficina Tècnica Mecànica Industrial, molt valorable en empresa metal·lúrgica o del sector del plàstic.
- Coneixements d'AutoCAD 2D, Solid Edge, i hàbit en l'ús d'ERP's i PLM (Product Lifecycle Management).
- Coneixements de processos productius CNC, injecció de plàstics, estampació de xapa en fred i decolletatge.
- Persona responsable, amb iniciativa, resolutiva, autònoma i amb capacitat de lideratge.
- Carnet de conduir i vehicle propi per al trasllat fins al lloc de treball.
Estudis mínims:
- Formació universitària en Enginyeria Mecànica, CFGS/FPII en Disseny de Fabricació Mecànica o similars o experiència professional equivalent.
- Es valorarà positivament Postgrau o Màster en Product Management.
Idiomes mínims:
- Català i castellà: nadius.
- Anglès: nívell mitjà (B2).
