About Ic Resources: Ic Resources is a pioneering company dedicated to cutting-edge technologies for high-reliability and high-performance devices and circuits for the Aerospace industry.

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Director of Quality Assurance to lead the development and implementation of our Quality Management System (QMS) from scratch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define, implement, maintain, and operate management systems compliant with AS9100 Rev. D initially, and then focus on the implementation of other standards from scratch.
  • Develop expertise in military and space and JEDEC standards.
  • Lead internal and external audit activities for our standards and those of suppliers and customers.
  • Prepare reports and documentation required by aerospace regulatory agencies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Quality System Management implementation in AS9100.
  • Strong electronics (PCB & MIL-STD) and aerospace backgrounds.
  • Eligibility to work and travel in the EU.
  • Experience with military and space customers.
  • Strong team player with the ability to work across the organisation.
  • Proficiency in English; basic Spanish skills.
