About the Role

Splunk is a leading provider of unified security and observability platforms, helping enterprises build a safer and more resilient digital world. As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will play a critical role in providing pre-sales technical support for sales opportunities across Iberia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify, grow, and land opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with customer and prospect technical teams
  • Deliver excellent presentations, both business-focused and technical
  • Attend and demonstrate Splunk solutions at field events, such as conferences and trade shows
  • Respond to tender documents, including RFIs/RFPs
  • Deliver and manage Proof of Concept (PoC) engagements to a successful outcome
  • Address customer concerns and develop relevant presales material to persuade clients of the value and capabilities of Splunk's solutions
  • Work closely with peers and management to develop and improve working practices and presales processes

Requirements

  • 5+ years of presales experience, with Security APM / DevOps / observability knowledge
  • Based in Madrid
  • Degree or similar in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
  • Experience in business analytics, databases, and ML/DL is a plus
