Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Media Planning Specialist to join our team at Performics. As a key member of our media planning department, you will be responsible for planning, negotiating, and executing digital and traditional media plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Media Planning: Develop and manage online and offline media plans, negotiate and purchase media, and manage day-to-day implementation and optimization of campaign activities.
  • Client Management: Interact daily with media publishers, analyze research data and media/marketing information, and share information with clients.
  • Campaign Analysis: Monitor and assess ongoing campaign performance, assist in strategic analysis of campaigns, and optimally apply strategic and negotiation lines in the development of every campaign.
  • Team Collaboration: Plan weekly team tasks, make necessary changes to balance workload, and collaborate with the definition of KPIs of control (negotiation and media).
  • Media Tool Proficiency: Have a good command and knowledge of company tools, including digital planning tools such as Adservers (Campaign Manager, AdForm...), Verification Platforms (IAS), Google Analytics, GFK, and offline planning tools such as Kantar, TomMicro, Galileo,...
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree related to Advertising, Marketing, or Economics, or a minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Media Planner.
  • Skills: Good use of digital planning tools, ability to express oneself clearly and concisely in oral communications, and ability to write in a clear, compelling, and concise manner.
  • Client Reporting: Develop client reports that are clear, compelling, and persuasive, and ensure key information is provided to the team regarding client issues, internal agency issues, changes in account status, etc.
