Role Overview and Impact
In this position, you will have the chance to enhance the quality of our installation services by refining the installation methodology and gaining a thorough understanding of the primary challenges involved. This role serves as a bridge between technical and data-driven domains, utilizing key performance indicators. You will work closely with various IT platforms associated with the installation process, as well as collaborate with business units and the Quality Assurance team to gather insights into our installation performance across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with the Quality Assurance team to identify, analyze, and assess challenges related to the installation process.
- Prepare monitoring reports and design actionable plans based on findings.
- Discover best practices and develop guidelines to streamline processes for enhanced performance.
- Utilize methodologies for managing incidents, changes, performance metrics, and project oversight.
- Provide organizational coaching to promote best practices and accountability.
Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or Telecommunications.
- Familiarity with Six Sigma methodologies.
- Proficiency in reporting tools (such as Power BI, Excel) and MS Office Suite.
- Fluent in English, as you will be part of an international team and project (B2 level or higher).
