Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate closely with Product Managers and stakeholders to understand business goals, customer needs, and market trends.
  2. Manage budgets for AI squads and control running costs while ensuring operational excellence.
  3. Cultivate a data-driven decision-making environment and establish quality indicators to uphold product quality.
  4. Support the team in executing the company's AI-driven product roadmap and ensure high-quality and timely delivery of features and improvements.
  5. Maximize team performance by leading and developing a strong AI team through clear expectations, regular feedback, coaching, and career development plans.
Requirements:
  1. 5+ years of experience building, leading, and scaling development teams.
  2. At least one year of experience leading a team with Data Scientists/ML engineers.
  3. Previous experience with Generative AI and RAG.
  4. Agile mindset in software development and experience managing agile teams.
  5. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  6. Extensive development experience, including experience with Python.
  7. Positive, committed, with a 'can-do' attitude and a flexible approach.
