Lead Our AI Engineering Team

Lodgify is a fast-growing company leading the vacation rental industry with innovative software. We're looking for an experienced AI Engineering Manager to lead and grow our AI group, currently consisting of two squads.

Key Responsibilities
  • Optimize team productivity and foster personal development while driving AI strategy and innovation.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers and stakeholders to understand business goals, customer needs, and market trends.
  • Lead crucial technical projects and initiatives pivotal to the company's success.
  • Manage budgets for AI squads and control running costs while ensuring operational excellence.
  • Cultivate a data-driven decision-making environment and establish quality indicators to uphold product quality.
  • Support the team in executing the company's AI-driven product roadmap, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of top-notch features and improvements.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience building, leading, and scaling development teams.
  • At least one year of experience leading a team with Data Scientists/ML engineers.
  • Previous experience with Generative AI and RAG.
  • Agile mindset in software development and experience managing agile teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Extensive development experience, including experience with Python.
