Regulatory Compliance Manager

Ebury, a leading FinTech firm, is seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Compliance Manager to join its team. As a key member of the Regulatory Compliance department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the company's compliance with regulatory requirements in the UK and EU.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective compliance programs to mitigate regulatory risks
  • Provide expert advice on MiFID II, EMIR, MIFIR, and technical standards
  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Design and implement policies, procedures, and controls to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Conduct horizon scanning and gap analysis to identify emerging regulatory requirements
  • Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and industry stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a financial regulated institution
  • Expert knowledge of MiFID II, EMIR, MIFIR, and technical standards
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
