Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Trainee to join our team. As a Finance Trainee, you will have the opportunity to support our day-to-day transactions, including banks, expenses, and taxes. You will work closely with our accounting team to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial data.
Responsibilities
- Update financial spreadsheets with daily transactions.
- Update accounting journal entries.
- Track and reconcile bank statements.
- Record accounts payable.
- Process invoices and follow up with suppliers and partners as needed.
- Provide support in taxes settlement and payment.
- Provide administrative support during budget preparation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar.
- Excel Advanced Level.
- Knowledge of Navision, Power BI, and other accounting software programs is a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Solid communication, technology, analytical, and management skills.
- High level of English and Spanish.
