Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Research Consultant to join our team at Appinio. As a key member of our Research Consulting Team, you will be responsible for advising and coaching clients throughout the entire market research process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a sparring partner for clients in the creation, adaptation, and analysis of various market research projects.
  • Conceive study designs, including methodology, target group, and sample size.
  • Develop bespoke questionnaires for multiple use cases, such as U&A, tracking, concept testing, creative testing, MaxDiff, and Conjoint.
  • Interpret market research results and provide clients with actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the Research Operations team to set up questionnaires and fieldwork on the Appinio platform.
  • Work closely with the sales team to implement initial projects for new customers.
  • Manage and develop our Research Consulting Team and Appinio products.

Requirements

  • Hold a degree in psychology, business administration, market research, statistics, or a related field.
  • Have a deep understanding of quantitative market research and/or research methods and statistics.
  • possess 8+ years of experience in supporting and consulting B2B customers, preferably in SaaS, management consulting, or advertising/communication.
  • Have experience with market research, questionnaires, and/or studies.
  • Be fluent in English and proficient in Spanish.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills, a hands-on mentality, pragmatism, and proactivity, as well as an affinity for numbers and data.
  • Display a cooperative and caring attitude.
